Deliveries & Returns

Our delivery service is chargeable and based on the weight and size of your order along with your chosen delivery location. Orders are on pallets for safe distribution and delivered on a large lorry. When you place your order we will ask you to advise us of any restricted access details and it is really important we receive this information eg gravel driveways, steep entrances, very uneven paving so there are no complications or delays to your delivery. The driver will offload and place your tiles either on your drive or at the kerbside so the nearest, safely accessible point to your property.

Please ensure a responsible person is present to accept and sign for the goods as well as safely store your order. Our pallets are shrinkwrapped but we still recommend products are moved undercover as soon as possible.

The goods must be checked on delivery and any shortages, damages or discrepancies noted on the delivery note and reported within the time period specified on our Terms and Conditions.

Our specialist large format slabs may be delivered in a large crate or on a wooden A Frame and we use a specialist vehicle so will liaise with you directly to arrange this.

Delivery Options

Time slots

Most of our deliveries are between 9 – 5pm Monday – Friday except Bank Holidays. There is a small additional charge for a specific morning, afternoon or timed delivery. Please let our staff know when you place your order if you require this.

Small & Large Orders

All orders are palletized for safe distribution and delivered on a large lorry.Note: The driver will offload and place your tiles either on your drive or at the kerbside ie the nearest, safely accessible point to your property. Unfortunately, our delivery driver cannot help handle goods into your home or garden etc so it is essential that a responsible individual is present to receive the order and accept and sign for the goods as well as safely store your order.

Porcelain Slabs - Pallet Delivery

Our specialist ranges and slabs may be delivered in a large crate or on a wooden A Frame and we will use a specialist vehicle so will liaise with you directly to arrange this.

Once Delivered

We shrink wrap pallets for protection but suggest products are moved undercover as soon as possible. The goods must be checked on delivery and any shortages, damages or discrepancies noted on the delivery note and reported with the time period specified on our Terms and Conditions.

Collections

If you prefer, you are able to collect your order from our warehouse with prior notice. Please simply tick the box when you place your order advising of this.Orders will be loaded by fork-lift so please ensure your vehicle is suitable and as for home and site deliveries, it is essential you inspect and sign for the goods. Collected orders are transported at the individuals own risk. 

Returns

Because there is variation in tile products we operate a non-return policy.  It is actually a good idea to keep any surplus tiles as they will be from the same batch and can be said if any damage occurs to your tiles once they are installed
