This slab may have a matching tile available in smaller formats that it can be paired with. However they will not be from the same batch as they are produced differently.

ORDERING
Please note, slabs are mostly available as a special order item and may take between 4-6 weeks to arrive, unless we have these in stock. Due to the large dimensions, please ensure you have adequate space to maneuver the tile within your property and that you have enough trades on site to assist with the lifting. TileHaus will not deliver the tiles within your property and only offer a curb side delivery with our slabs. Please ensure you see the slabs in person at our showroom or factory.
Please note, because variations can occur in size and shade between batches, please ensure you order enough tiles for your project in one go and also allow for wastage. We recommend ordering your required quantity plus at least 10% for smaller tiles and for large format such as 120 x 60, 90 x 90 and larger at least 20%. Please note for orders under 20sqm a surcharge may apply.

It is important to ensure that proper measures are taken to accommodate the size and weight of the slabs before placing an order. These slabs are primarily designed for use on walls, but can also be used for flooring with the assistance of a specialised fitter. If required, we can provide contact information for experienced installers. Additionally, it is crucial to ensure that the substrate, or surface to which the tiles will be applied, is suitable to support the weight of the slabs. Block work and reinforced stud work are suitable, while plaster walls may require additional reinforcement. We are available to provide additional installation guidance as needed.
Estimated delivery time from placement of order is approximately 4 weeks, sometimes quicker. Upon placing your order with our friendly team we will advise a delivery cost based on the number of pallets, weight and your chosen delivery locations. Occasionally, if items are out of stock there may be a slightly longer lead time.

What is LVT?
Luxury Vinyl Tile (LVT), also known as "LVT," is a flooring product designed to mimic the appearance of real wood or stone, offering numerous practical advantages.

You can choose from various flooring patterns, including herringbone, diagonal lay, brickbond, and staggered or stack bond layouts. Our products are pre-cut into planks or tiles, granting you the freedom that sheet vinyl lacks. Moreover, you have the option to mix multiple colors of planks or tiles together, creating a completely one-of-a-kind floor. *Laying pattern will depend on the type of product.

Palio Express is also waterproof, unaffected by leaking appliances, spills, or bath time accidents, further enhancing its strength for busy family life. LVT offers a warmer underfoot feel compared to real wood or stone and can be used with underfloor heating systems for added warmth. Types of LVT
Rigid Core LVT
It is important to ensure that proper measures are taken to accommodate the size and weight of the slabs before placing an order. These slabs are primarily designed for use on walls, but can also be used for flooring with the assistance of a specialised fitter. Additionally, it is crucial to ensure that the substrate, or surface to which the tiles will be applied, is suitable to support the weight of the slabs. Block work and reinforced stud work are suitable, while plaster walls may require additional reinforcement. We are available to provide additional installation guidance as needed.
Rigid core is 30% quicker to install than other click-locking floors. The ability to fit over most existing hard floors, or uneven subfloors means there is minimal subfloor preparation.
LooseLay LVT

Loose lay is fitted by placing planks or tiles tight to each other and to the perimeter of the room, often without the need for any adhesive.
